An Educational game about Reproduction and Genetic Variation
Second educational game made on comission for Legends of Learning, a US startup whose platform provides educational games in science, history and others, for a range of grades.
My roles covered getting the project signed off, designing the product, finding teammates, organizing the workload, coding and assembling the assets, finding and modifying art (or alter art from the previous game), act on reviewer requests, shipping the product to the platform.
The main difference this time was, having learnt from the excesses of the first game, I scoped smaller and organised in a way that we could deliver two games in the same month (this, and The Cool Lemonade Trials). The result is definitely a worse game than the first, but a more realistic project for the received budget.
